COW PLAN is the third Spa Water album, and the second released on Pedicure Records. It’s a shamelessly silly maelstrom of synthetic horns, strings, keys, drums, and barnyard sound effects; my goals were to repeat ideas as little as possible, to change genres as freely as key signatures, and to have fun celebrating the endless sonic possibilities afforded by MIDI composition.
